A casa é óptima, confortável e bastante funcional. A comunicação com a gestão do espaço foi afável e fácil. A localização é excelente para usufruto das praias e viagens até ao centro do Porto e de Matosinhos.

The apartment is located in a pleasant, quiet area close to Leça Beach and several excellent restaurants, including Cibu and Fava Tonka. Supermarkets, however, are comparatively distant. The swimming pool and garden are a definite advantage, at least in summer (beware of mosquitoes!). The property management company is supportive and responds to queries with relative speed and diligence.
Additional maintenance work is urgently needed, and the list of items requiring attention is extensive. It should be noted that the apartments contain only twin beds, not doubles. These apartments are effectively guest houses, sharing the swimming pool and garden with the owners’ main house. Guests access their apartments via the garage of the main house. Unlike the issue of the twin beds, this arrangement is not made adequately clear in the advertising.
