  Le location is great. 5min walk to a metro station and 5min walk to the Vatican Museum. The apartment is in a quiet suburb and comfortable enough for a family.

  The WiFi never worked during our stay (3 nights). The host made some BS excuses blaming the Internet provider, offering to come to fix it (but never showed up). It is pretty clear it is an ongoing issue. The kitchen is there for the pictures. There is no cutting knife nor cutting board (good luck to make a simple tomato/mozzarella salad). The only knife there is is a bread knife. The A/C only works in the living room. The upstairs and downstairs bedrooms only have a fan mode in the A/C unit, no cooling. It was only 30C when we were there so we managed with only one unit. I cannot imagine how it is when it's 40C in Rome...

  On the positive side, the location was excellent, and the landlord was very kind, friendly, and welcoming host. I also really appreciated that it was allowed to check out at 11:00 AM.

  * The bed linen had stains. * The neighbors were very noisy at night, which made it difficult to rest. * The internet connection was poor, and there was no Wi-Fi.

  ¡Una estancia realmente maravillosa! Cuenta con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños y estaba muy limpio !

  La ubicación era excelente, con muchas opciones para comer y el metro muy cerca. Las habitaciones eran amplias y cómodas. ¡Tenía todas las comodidades para sentirse como en casa! ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

  Other than having a supermarket next door, I don't have many positive things to say about this place.

  The apartment looked nothing like the photos on the booking platform. In reality, it was old, worn out, and not very clean. The furniture, beds, and kitchen utensils all looked like they had been heavily used for many years. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. During the summer in Rome, air conditioning is absolutely essential, but the unit in the downstairs bedroom gave off a horrible moldy smell, like a dirty, damp rag. It made the room very unpleasant. Another major issue was the Wi-Fi. It only worked for one out of our four nights. We had no internet for the other three nights. It was very difficult to reach the host, and when we finally did, they kept giving different explanations instead of actually fixing the problem. To make things even more frustrating, we had been communicating with the host through WhatsApp, but halfway through our stay, the host told us to contact someone else who appeared to be a co-host because they were busy with personal matters. As paying guests, we didn't think it was our responsibility to deal with that. Considering that this apartment was not cheap, I was disappointed that there was no sincere apology or any attempt to make up for the problems we experienced. Unfortunately, this stay left such a negative impression that it even affected our memories of Rome and the Vatican. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
