  המקום לא נקי ירד גשם ובאמצע הלילה ירד עליי גשם היינו אמורים להיות שם 6 ימים ועזבנו אחרי יומיים ועברנו למקום אחר והבריכה היה ירקת וחתולים בחלונות סנאים עולים לגג על הבוקר ולא הצלחנו לישון

You can immediately tell that the owner is an experienced hospitality professional who truly understands what guests need to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. It seems that everything has been thoughtfully planned down to the smallest detail. It is not just about providing a place to stay, but about anticipating guests’ needs before they even realize what they might need themselves. In my opinion, that is what true hospitality and professionalism are all about. It is such a pleasure to discover places where everything is done not merely as a formality, but with genuine care, attention to detail, and a real understanding of people’s needs. Where you feel not just like a customer, but like a truly welcome guest. Where every little detail reflects experience, thoughtfulness, and a sincere desire to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Green Land Tbilisi left exactly that kind of impression on me. My sincere respect and appreciation to the owner for such a thoughtful approach, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to create an atmosphere that makes you want to return. I genuinely wish this wonderful place continued success, many happy guests, and even greater achievements in the future!   For a short getaway this location is ideal. The peaceful surroundings make it a perfect escape from the urban jungle.

  As a self-catering facility, the cooking (pots and pans) utensils were very limited.
