We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and truly enjoyed our time here.

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Having A/C to cool down and umbrellas available when it rained was a plus. The swimming pool was awesome, a perfect place to have a drink and relax in the afternoon. We didn’t try the buffet, as we only ordered à la carte, so I can’t really comment on the lunch buffet since we went out for lunch. However, the snacks we ordered from the menu were very good, especially the Coca-Cola wings and cheese balls. We also really enjoyed the “Tharu Dance” show, which was a lovely part of our stay. The location was great, within walking distance of the Elephant Breeding Centre and just a very short drive to the market and river boardwalk. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked about our stay. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well taken care of, and we had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. We have no complaints and would happily stay here again.

    Nice retreat

The staff is nice and helpful, and the hotel gardens are extremely beautiful and well taken care of. Breakfast is included, they can prepare breakfast to go if you depart early. All kind of activities are provided in the hotel such as safari or canoe in the national park. The hotel also provides pick up and drop of from the bus station. There’s bar&restaurant service until 9pm.

The pool needs a bit of maintenance, it is a shame. The organization is a bit messy, the staff asked several times about room cleaning yet until 4pm or so, nobody clean the room. The safari and canoe never departs on time, just prepare to wait with no explanation.
