  We enjoyed our stay here, Tailor & staff were very helpful and friendly, location was great

  Nice and clean apartment Had everything we needed The owner was very nice and always available to help Location for restaurants and markets was close

  It was down an alley way so car could not drive down, but not far to walk You have to carry luggage up stairs no elevator

  good and happy

  good location, nice lady, convinient, comfortable

  the neigbors downstairs are noisy dirty and the smell from the river or from the house of the neighbor is not nice when you are on the balcony.

  Lovely area of Hoi An

  Wonderful host, Nhi, and her daughter and cleaner welcomed us. We stayed for 6 nights and the place was very clean and comfy. The aircon worked well, albeit a nit noisy. The beds were firm and comfy. Had access to the kitchen, but we only used it to make coffee and use the table, as there are so many restaurants within a 1-10 minute walk, old town an easy 10-15 minute stroll. Our favourite restaurants were Vietnom and Phan Gia. Nhi also helped with some tailoring needs as well as arranging transportation to the aiport and Da Nang city. Will definitely be back if we visit Hoi An again.

  Some days there were some barking very early in the morning, as well as a rooster call, but it's Vietnam and it wasn't enough to put us off.

  Clean apartment in an excellent location.

  Clean apartment in an excellent location. The owners were very good at communicating prior to check in and during our stay here. We felt comfortable and safe. The property was very clean. It was within walking distance to restaurants and also not too far from the centre with the markets. Highly recommend and would love to come back and stay in the future.

  Perfect quiet stay near old town, with an amazing view

  The location is the sweet spot where you can enjoy a calm stay and be close to the river at the same time. The room was clean and had an amazing view. The host was kind and responsive.

  not big deal, but please ask for permission to enter the room for changing the towels. we know you have good intentions and wanted us to find fresh towels when we come back.
