Nowhere does it say it's a shared facility . Eg hot tub and outdoor kitchen space. Which I didn't find out until we were 5 minutes away. Around the property was messy . Basically not worth the money.

Warm and cosy and very comfortable.
Warm and cosy and very comfortable. Unusually, the sofa bed was as comfy as the proper bed!

Perfect for our weekend break.
Very quiet location away from main roads, but only a short walk to pubs.
No cafetière in the kitchen.
