    Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing.

    Location

    After checkout, the deposit was not refunded. The host stated that, in his view, the deposit had been used to cover cleaning costs, and this was given as the reason for not returning it. At the same time, we were required to clean the apartment ourselves upon departure, although this requirement was not clearly stated or agreed upon in advance. On the contrary, it appeared that final cleaning was part of the standard service. During our stay, cockroaches appeared multiple times, including in the bathroom. This happened more than once and caused significant discomfort. There were also several practical issues: -Very limited kitchenware, not sufficient for a normal stay; -Water was unavailable on several occasions, without prior notice; -A wardrobe door broke on its own and nearly fell on my head, which felt unsafe. Communication with the host after checkout was difficult, with demands and accusations raised only after our departure.
