We booked a room and asked the receptionist to let us see it before checking in. She immediately reacted dismissively and questioned why we wanted to see the room. The room itself was nice, but there was an unpleasant smell. However, the main reason we decided not to stay was the receptionist’s attitude and the way she treated us. We calmly returned the key card, sad goodbye. We were leaving when she suddenly became rude and aggressive, questioning why we had even looked at the room and what we didn’t like about it. We had not started any argument or caused a scene - she turned a simple situation into a conflict herself and accused us of being the ones who started it. Very disappointing experience. The way guests are treated matters just as much as the room itself.

Nice rooms and tasty breakfast, great value for money.
Pretty clean apartment with clean towels and sheets. The mattress was great, so we slept well. Decent breakfast with simple dishes and not a lot to choose from, but everything was delicious :). We arrived late enough, and they were still waiting for us.

Приятная хозяйка, чистая комната, всё необходимое есть. Ребёнку понравились конфетки. Расположение очень удобное для перемещения по городу общественным транспортом или пешком.

гарний сніданок, новий ремонт, нас зустріли о 5-й ранку
в душі немає держаків для мила, полотенець і геля для душу, це робить перебування трохи некомфортним
