  Agréable séjour dans ce petit logement, je recommande !

  Idéalement placé : supermarchés, transports en commun (bus,tram,métro) dans une rue calme. Accès facile et pratique grâce au digicode. Clim très appréciable, logement spacieux, agencement bien pensé et décoré avec goût.

  Manque de vaisselle, un lave linge aurait été appréciable (à la place d’un lave-vaisselle) À noter : Pas de fenêtre dans la sdb.

  No Air Conditioning. No window. But AI "support" will send you a message to say it is sorry ;)

  The Air Conditioning remote had no batteries. The TV remote control battery were worn out. So I could not use the AC. Valencia is a hot place + this is a small flat, WITHOUT ANY VENTILATION but the main door which opens to the street.

  When I complained, I received a very friendly AI GENERATED ANSWER. Basically NO HUMAN behind the dashboard. The answer was appalling: "We understand how important air conditioning is, especially during hot weather, and we apologize for the frustration this caused." Having no way to refresh the room "frustrating". In short: AI generated an answer to pretend someone was sorry. BUT they did NOTHING ABOUT IT. NOBODY contacted me about the problem. Just that if I needed, help, I could ask... JUST AMAZING HOW OWNERS DO NOT CARE!!!

  bella casa, il resto lascia a desiderare…

  pulizia ottima, doccia confortevole e arredamento moderno. cera tutto il necessario nella casa

  ‼️una mattina, abbiamo sentito aprirsi la porta, siamo andati a vedere e stava entrando la signora delle pulizie, essendoci spaventati e non sapendo fosse lei abbiamo spinto la porta per chiuderla e lei nonostante abbia visto che c’eravamo noi dentro ha fatto forza per entrare, Seppur sia un errore umano, Almeno la decenza di non spingere la porta per aprire. difficolta nell’aprire e chiudere a chiave la porta nonostante il pin di accesso e le chiare istruzioni fornite. Casa molto rumorosa, un solo cuscino a testa sottile e scomodo, tanto da doverlo ripiegare su se stesso. Inoltre, sembra quasi che nemmeno chi gestisce questa casa sappia utilizzare i fornelli poiché abbiamo chiesto come si utilizzassero, senza ricevere risposta. ultimo punto a sfavore, nell armadio in bagno, nello scaffale di sopra, cera un sacchetto con affianco ancora la carta igienica utilizzata da qualcuno che ha soggiornato prima.
