    Despite the nice design, the apartment was poorly maintained, unsafe, and unhygienic.

    That we had parking space. Kitchen is well equipped. We received a bottle of water on arrival.

    Dust was not cleaned for a while, lamps, shelfs with dust. Requested baby bad was safety hazard with very very soft matress, risk of suffocation for babies under 1 year. No dressing closet. Incredibly small apartment. Toilet did not have disinfectant ribbon on arrival. No warm water when showering. Very low water pressure. Kitchen has 3 power outlets, that are not opening. Most of the power outlets in the apartment are safety hazards, moving in the wall, not staying fixed. Cockroach running on the kitchen table. Not a great neighborhood, questionable people walking around, yelling near the parking lot. It's an apartment in an old communist building, design had good intentions and is nice, but I don't think they ever fixed things since it was renovated.

    Comunicare foarte bună cu multe indicații utile pentru localizarea blocului și a locului de parcare. Au fost utile și am reușit să găsim totul cu ușurință. Apartamentul fost confortabil și ne-a oferit un spațiu plăcut de locuit în zilele petrecute în Oradea.
