Safe, Comfortable, Clean Guesthouse
Overall it was really safe and comfortable to stay. We had a private bathroom and it was clean, comfortable to use, water was hot, the sheets were clean, the room and bathroom was also clean. We didn't use the kitchen so I can't comment on that but it looked clean. Georgi was so kind to us, everything was nice.
A moldy kind of smell was coming from the bathroom sometimes, we think it's because of the mat. Also you have to walk steep streets a lot to get to the hostel but you can get used to it because almost every street in Tblisi has steep roads.

Большая комната и ванная, отличное расположение
Плохо со звукоизоляцией. Слышно все, что происходит в доме. Слава Богу, никто сильно не шумел, но все скрипы, открытия окон, дверей, разговоры у соседей, посещение туалета отчетливо слышны. Многим может быть все равно, но чувствительным к звукам людям это стоит иметь в виду.
