This property needs attention. It has the potential to be excellent but cleaning and maintenance needs to be improved.
Location, hot tub and welcome pack .
Washing machine and tumble dryer were rammed full of bed linen so we were unable to use them . Beds not made up on arrival when it stated they would be. The bedroom window didn’t close so the room was cold and noisy from the road traffic . The whole property wasn’t cleaned to a satisfactory standard.

Was big and comfortable
The property was clean inside but the fridge freezer had been defrosted so there was water pouring out of it. I wiped the floor and the kitchen towel I had was very dirty so the floor could have done with a good clean. I do feel that these cleaning companies take advantage of people. The freezer draws were broken and if you put anything in it would fall out when you try to open it. The outside was terrible I was told it was a charcoal bbq but it was a gas bbq which tells me the company don’t know what goes on in the houses they rent out. So the bbq was disgusting was dirty and full of old food which had not been cleaned. Also the garden furniture was covered in dog hair which is not good. Also the jacuzzi was not clean but the company said it was but it was cloudy and had bits floating in it.

Lovely House for families
Spacious bedrooms Well supplied for everything you need as a family. Nice hot tub Good location for Teignmouth and other areas.
A little maintenance needed to windows in some bedrooms. Freezer not great No recycling facilities sadly.
