We have never had such a horrid vacation rental experience.

    The location was good.

The town home was never cleaned before we arrived and finally after repeated attempts to speak to someone we were moved to a different townhome which wasn’t as convenient. It was very dirty, the deck was in a state of disrepair, the door to the deck was near impossible to use, we had no WiFi and were told “mine works so yours should too”, furniture was stained, outdoor area had no bbq, there was scratching in the attic of our bedroom which appeared to be squirrels. There was never anyone in the office and always multiple calls to speak to someone.
