    We arrived late for check-in, expecting to settle in and get some much-needed rest, but unfortunately, our room was full of mosquitoes. Instead of relaxing after a long day, we spent our time trying to catch and kill them. We requested to change rooms, but the front desk informed us that the hotel was fully booked. They simply provided a mosquito catcher and apologized, which was not an adequate solution to the problem. What made the experience even more disappointing was that no compensation or any other gesture was offered for the inconvenience. We paid for a comfortable stay, not to spend our first night dealing with a mosquito infestation. The situation was frustrating, especially since we arrived late and were looking forward to resting. The hotel should take better measures to ensure rooms are clean and free of pests before guests check in. A simple apology and a mosquito catcher were not enough to make up for such an unpleasant experience. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I expected much better service and consideration for paying guests.

    I love it, coming back again, nice ambience, nice staff, good food, I love pools

    I love this property honestly. It has everything you need and would want. They have complimentary water and snacks ready for you in the room. Water refill machine along with ice machine as well which is greatly appreciated. Complimentary food, coffee and tea, complimentary breakfast and lots of options for breakfast that was very delicious. Best hotel I’ve been to, definitely coming back again. Oh and did I mention the pool, love it. Staff there is nice too
