Overall , a lovely stay.
The location of the property and the property itself was amazing. Lovely grounds. Very attentive staff from the reception to the restaurant. The daily activities were nice option. We stayed in a villa and the rooms were spacious. Close to town so could walk in the evening to the shops and return. Room was very clean.
The rooms itself seem a bit bare . It could use some nice artwork to make it more cozy and nicer lighting. The additional bed we requested for our daughter was a hard wood plank as base so uncomfortable despite a thicker mattress on top. The morning breakfast could use some more additional items given that it is a five star hotel. There were no appams at breakfast time especially since it is a Kerala food item. The property is so beautiful but it does not really have a spacious lounge area to relax and enjoy the outdoor area unless you sit in the restaurant.

الافطار لذيذ اتمنى تنوع مزيد من الاطباق واضافة القهوة المختصة موقع الفندق مذهل في وسط المدينة وقريب الاماكن السياحية واشكر جميع الموظفين واشكر shera Jay اتمنى ان اكون كتبت اسمها بطريقة صحيحه كانت اقامة رائعه
