    L appartement est magnifique en plein cœur de Paris , d une propreté irréprochable, confortable y compris des capsules de café à disposition pour le 1 er matin , spacieux en plein centre d une rue animée si je dois retourner à Paris sans hésiter sera chez Grégoire

    The neighbourhood is convenient: there are plenty of restaurants nearby and the metro station is close.

    Terrible entrance. A homeless person lives right next to the building and urinates on the wall beside the entry door. The smell of urine greets you every single time you come and go. The biggest problem was the complete lack of response from the property manager. We booked for 4 people, but when we arrived the sofa bed wasn't made up, and none of our messages were answered. There also weren't enough plates and dishes for 4. The windows are almost floor to ceiling, but the fall protection was broken. This is a real safety hazard, and the apartment is not suitable for children. The kitchen is missing even the basics for cooking, so bring everything yourself, even salt. There is a washing machine, but no detergent was provided. During our stay the toilet stopped flushing properly and water kept running from the cistern into the bowl. We messaged the property manager about it and again received no reply. I would not recommend Gregorie apartment to anyone.

    The location was excellent, very walkable The main bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise that there was a lift, because we could use it for our stroller.

    The pullout couch was uncomfortable and there were some (blood??) stains on the couch mattress. I didn't like that there wasn't a separate bedroom. The curtains didn't go all the way to the floor and light and sound easily went through because the wall was not fully plastered to the top either.
