    Beautiful room, loads of space, clean bathroom, coffee and tea, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Cafe next door is good.

    No elevator, no porter. No milk for tea/coffee (although there is a fridge and a co-op market next door.)

    Beautiful place to stay, highly recommend!

    Great location, very nice and helpful staff, beautiful building and court yard.

    The shower head did not work so well and had very low water pressure.

    Great place to stay for our visit.

    It was walking distance to the old town. There were many choices for dining around. The person working the reception was very helpful and friendly.

    There is no available parking close by when you had to check in. I would suggest you drop your luggage off first at the hotel because the recommended parking garage is approximately 1 km away.

    Comfortable and within easy walking distance to places of interest

    Really liked the location, helpful staff especially when we had raised issues about adequacy of the air conditioning . The room was spacious and tasteful decor

    The air conditioning was inadequate having regard to how hot Bologna was. It was raised with the staff who intimated that technician will be called but no feedback was given to us regarding that. It continued being inadequate. The premises do not have lift and our room was on the third floor so it was difficult in getting our suitcases up three long flights of stairs. If a person is in any way physically impaired it would be extremely arduous going up and downstairs. I do appreciate that it is an old palazzo therefore retro fitting maybe extremely expensive and detract from the beauty of the place.
