  Pleasant stay with good weather,good choice for dining, just disappointed with the accommodation .

  Excellent location with only a few steps as had a knee replacement earlier this year. Very much enjoyed Looe,plenty to do and see.

  The glass in the front windows extremely dirty , looked like hadn’t been cleaned for many weeks! Grubby and stained carpet square in lounge. Rear bathroom shower broken and unusable/ main light not working. Rear bedroom, both beds old metal framed with creaking headboard every time when turning over etc. Certainly don’t think £95 was a reasonable charge for cleaning !!!!!!!!

  Flat very spacious and lovely inside.. Great location. Very clean. Two bathrooms which was good. Comfortable bed in main bedroom. Great views over river, harbour.

  Bed in small bedroom bit creaky. Building work ongoing so hall outside flat bit dusty.

  Good location, large rooms and nice views

  Location was very good

  Entrance at the top of the stairs and along the corridor to the flat Very damp smell with brickwork bare and smelly Some flooring up aswell We did receive a email but not till the morning we were travelling Which we had no option of cancelling Obviously the water leak was old and not from the night or morning of our booked dates

  Good

  The location is great the flat itself is nice, spacious and comfortable.

  The entrance was is suffering with mould on the walls which does really smell, you have to walk past this to get to the flat entrance and in my opinion needs addressing asap Also bear wires sticking out of the walls which does post a risk. Also be stairs are unfinished. I work in the building industry and this isn’t really acceptable.
