    Disaster

    Nothing. Rude owner.

    Do not trust these guys. I booked through Booking.com, but when I arrived, I was told that there were no rooms available. It was a busy day in Nuwara Eliya and no rooms left on other properties as well. The owner and staff were also extremely rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience.
