    Séjour calme et très agréable

    Logement très calme avec court de tennis et mer à 3 min. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Très bien rénové avec beaucoup de gout. Pizeria, boulanger et épicerie à 5min. Le gérant est très gentils et réactif. Nous avons rencontré un soucis avant notre arrivé et il nous a activement aidé pour résoudre le problème.

    Excelllent appartment and landlord (Gregory). The place is remote.

    It is an excellent appartment. Everything you need is there, the furniture is good, the garden, parkings, balconies, towels etc. it was perfect! Gregory is very helpful.

    1) Be aware that a loft is upstairs and to get there, you have to use a spiral ladder (or an ouside fire-stairs). Both are narrow and might be an issue for elderly or disabled people. 2) The place is a nice village, that is situated far from towns/civilization. There is not much going on in sense of tavernas, events, shops (there are some but just a minimum) 3) For the better beaches you have to drive long. 4) The North of Evia is full of serpantines, hills and mountains, be ready to drive A LOT through mountains, hills to reach any other towns and villages.
