  The house is very well located, right in the middle of a lively area with many shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and functional; however, several glasses and plates were cracked and should be replaced. The bathroom was stocked with all necessary amenities, although the toilet roll holder was broken. Overall, the house was clean, though the upstairs bathroom was slightly dusty. Wet wipes were provided, which made it easy to clean if needed. The main issue we encountered was related to water availability. We were not informed that Iraklion was experiencing water shortages at the time. During our stay over New Year’s, on 31/12 at around 10 PM—just as we were getting ready to go out—there was no running water. We were unable to reach anyone from the property, which was understandable given the holiday, but it did leave us without options. As a result, we ended up staying in and ordering McDonald’s, as everything else was closed. The following day, the water pump began making very loud noises due to the lack of water in the tank, which made sleeping difficult. This issue continued intermittently from 01/01 to 03/01, particularly during the mornings and afternoons, whenever the tank ran out of water. Despite this inconvenience, the property is in a great location, well equipped, and generally clean. With better communication regarding water issues and some minor maintenance, it would be an excellent stay. Overall, we would consider staying here again.

  Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά και ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη, ιδανική για ξεκούραση. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Όλα ήταν σε άριστη κατάσταση – από τα σεντόνια και τις πετσέτες μέχρι το μπάνιο και την κουζίνα. Υπήρχε προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και αίσθηση φρεσκάδας από τη στιγμή που μπήκαμε. Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και λειτουργικό, με ζεστό νερό όλο το 24ωρο. Το κρεβάτι εξαιρετικά άνετο, με ποιοτικό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια. Δεν υπήρχε κανένα πρόβλημα με υγρασία ή καθαριότητα. Το Wi-Fi ήταν γρήγορο και οι παροχές του καταλύματος σύγχρονες (Smart TV, καφετιέρα, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη). Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ευγενικοί, διαθέσιμοι και πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι και σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά. Το Grekodes 7 προσφέρει φιλοξενία υψηλού επιπέδου και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

  Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen !!

  Lage nahe am Zentrum

  Sehr dreckig ! Überall lange schwarze Haare . Selbst in den Handtüchern schwarze Haare. In der Toilette im oberen Stockwerk waren noch die Hinterlassenschaften vom Vorgänger . Toilettenspülung im oberen Stockwerk kaputt. Nach Beschwerde wurde uns mitgeteilt das ein Ersatzteil erst aus Athen angeblich geliefert werden muss 😳 Im Bad im ersten Stock Fenster Kaputt. Bad Mülleimer kaputt . Grüner Schimmel an der Decke über der Dusche . Sehr laute Umgebung durch Baustelle direkt neben an. Wir sind ein Tag früher ausgezogen und haben ein Hotel gebucht um wenigsten noch eine komfortable Nacht zu haben .
