    L’appartement est spacieux et confortable. Mais l’environnement extérieur on s’attendait à autre chose.

    Appartement très propre, refait à neuf. Le bain à remous très appréciable, équipement de cuisine de base inclus, 2 climatisations (chambre et salle), ascenseur qui est essentiel avec les 8 étages, et place de parking gratuite dans la rue.

    Le quartier. Aucune insonorisation avec les voisins. Une petite odeur étrange dans l’appartement. Utilisation de l’ascenseur compliquée (maximum 2 personnes, si valises faut le prendre à plusieurs reprises pour pas que ça se bloque).
