    Overall, it was a poor experience, and the security deposit refund was significantly delayed for several days after my d

    Location

    I made this reservation through Booking.com expecting the accommodation to match the listed details, including a properly functioning air conditioning system. However, upon arrival, there was a significant delay in check-in, and the air conditioning in the room was not working at all. Despite multiple attempts and several hours of waiting, the issue was not resolved, and I was repeatedly redirected between different staff members without a clear or immediate solution. Eventually, after considerable inconvenience and insistence, I was moved to another room. This situation reflects a lack of proper management and failure to provide basic services as advertised. I request clarification from Booking.com regarding my rights in such cases, as well as whether I am eligible for a refund or compensation due to the inconvenience and failure to meet the expected standards. I will attach a photo of the receptionist who made me wait so long so as to look for a mother room ,alternative one as a proof with time and day

    Great, supporting and flexible staff. The apartment is spacious, clean, well located, and surrounded by what is needed to spend some good says in Beirut. Highly recommended.

    Our stay was below expectations and it was too stressful

    The electricity always went off when we turn on the heater and the Hot Water, the TV wasn’t working we couldn’t be able to move the TV from the Apps mode to Cable mode, the internet was too slow, the pillows was too low as if they don’t change it at all and the towels wasn’t white and clean as it supposed to.
