Everything needed was provided. Staff professional and friendly. Location excellent for theatre. Value for money.
Breakfast quality could be improved and knives at breakfast need to be sharper. The instructions for using lights, heating, shower were not provided.

Central location
Fantastic central location. Lovely big room. Friendly staff. Easy access to central Newcastle or the Quayside.
Entrance lobby smelled a bit... odd. Everywhere else was fine. Onsite bar was closed at the time.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay there!
The location is great, right in the center of the city. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was great!
I checked out early the last morning. The front desk told me a take-away breakfast would be ready the night before, but I did not get it until the morning when I was leaving. I had to go to the front desk a few times and finally got it from the kitchen. The delivery of take-away breakfasts could be better communicated between departments.
