    Perfect upper town location, artful gem of an apartment

    The apartment is located right in the upper town, walking distance to everything. It does not include parking, but there is a parking garage just a ten minute walk (day rate was 13 euro-make sure to ask for the day rate). We were able to unload our luggage at the apartment and then park the car and just leave it. The apartment is cozy and adorable. I love the artful touches, pretty colors and patterns. The host has adorned the apartment with her colorful, playful artwork. It is small, but everything is useful. There is an additional room with a wardrobe and ironing board which was perfect to store our luggage so we didn’t crowd up the other spaces. The sofa, pillows, footstool, arm chair…all very comfy and colorful, I especially liked the lamp fixtures in all the rooms. So nice to have more than ceiling lighting. I also need to mention the comfortable mattress. We enjoyed hanging out in the apartment after a day being out and about in Zagreb. What a nice city. Also, our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She gave helpful, clear directions to find it. This was one of our favorite apartments.

    Be aware that the bedroom, is just a wee bit bigger than the actual bed and a nightstand. So for two people, one must crawl over the other to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Not a problem for us, just something to be aware of. Personally, I loved the big comfortable bed.

    Comfortable apartment in a fantastic location in the old city of Zagreb. Walking distance to museums, cafes and main attractions. Clean and spacious.

    Beyond beautiful!

    A truly special place. Beautifully located, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The artwork radiates purity, joy, and serenity while adding a playful spirit that makes the whole space feel alive. Combined with the genuine warmth of the hosts, it creates one of the friendliest and most welcoming places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

    Very nice, but the bedroom is a problem.

    The apartment was well located, clean and looked like the photos.

    The bedroom was a problem. The bed takes up almost the entire room. It's impossible to walk around the bed, so the person on the far side of the bed has to crawl across the bed.

    Beautiful Artist Home, Romantic

    The artistry of the home. Charming, loving, romantic and peaceful. Thank you for sharing this home. We will be back to Croatia again and will look to book here again.

    Coffee in the morning wasn't easy to figure out, but we didn't care ❤️...we went to one of 1,000s of cafes to enjoy it there.
