    A beautiful property with everything that you could want (and more). A short walk to a lovely beach which the dog and I loved. Would definitely go back.

    One of the nicest holiday homes we’ve stayed in. Beautiful walk along the beach / cliffs to Saltburn, our young chil

    The cottage itself and all of the equipment were really high quality. Our children particularly enjoyed the summer house. Very dog friendly. Welcome treats were extremely generous and whilst we don’t drink alcohol, our family who were staying nearby enjoyed them.

    Very minor things, but reading lamps would be a bonus in the second bedroom. There isn’t much nearby, we found Skinningrove itself a bit rundown - luckily we were well stocked with provisions and we really enjoyed the local Kaskane cafe / restaurant and more amenities in saltburn. This is being very picky though, we would definitely come back!

    Very modern. Like home from home. Kitchen well equipped. Very cosy Nice outdoor seating area. There was 3 of us, 2 adults and a child, so size was perfect.

    Relaxing the minute you walk in. Paul is a perfect host. We loved being 5 mins from the quiet beach. Thank you to Paul

    The cottage is exceptionally clean and very well equipped. There was nothing that we didn’t have. The outside area with hot and cold wash area for the dogs is such a good idea.
