    Das Personal ist das womit das Hotel noch punkten kann.

    Ruhig, sehr freundliches, entgegenkommendes Personal, obwohl unsererseits missverständlich wurde trotzdem das Problem gelöst. Enzo mit besonderem Charme

    Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, durch die Decke ins Zimmer geregnet, die Zimmer lieblos eingerichtet, keine Möglichkeit etwas zu trocknen obwohl ein Thermenhotel. Für Badetücher im Wellnesbereich zusätzliche kosten abgerechnet.

    The view from the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast included was so nice and the cost of lunch and or dinner is pretty good. The wine that was offered to us at dinner was nice as well. The staff were so polite and respectful!

    The only thing that were cons is that our room had ants, a little bit of mold in the bathroom, and the view from our room balcony was meh.
