Good hosts. Let down by the damp and musty feeling!

Communication from the hosts was good.

The property smelt damp and musty. The dehumidifier to collect the moisture, didn't really help.

  Poor cleanliness. Good location

Location is good, near town. The large bed is comfy.

The cleanliness is overall poor. We had two back to back stays and i raised the issues with property management, which tried to rectify by sending the cleaner in again, however the cleaning company is not thorough. Even though the management company commented that some of the issues were minor (and i agree), overall the place needed a very good scrub up and deep deep cleaning, which doesn't happen on a quick change of bed sheets and mop the floor. For instance most of the cutlery was veyr dirty in the drawers, the average cleaning service will not open the drawers and clean them, so it needs a complete do up.

  Poor cleanliness. Good location.

Location is good for town centre. Spacious property for a small family.

Cleanliness is subpar, that’s a mild way to put it! In our cupboards the glasses had lipstick on and the cutlery in the drawers were dirty! The surfaces never get spray cleaned, 3 times the cleaner came and still the table under the TV had the same coffee stains! Spider webs everywhere on ground floor. In the bathroom there was a tissue in the floor and a plastic cap- clearly it had not been moped! My towel had a hole in it! It was exchanged and on cleaning day (we had a long stay) it came back with a dead bug on it!! All this was reported to the management company who tried to rectify by having the cleaner in again, however the standards of cleaning of the particular cleaning company must be very low!! The place needs a good scrub up, deep cleaning, not just a quick moping and changing the bed sheets! There were more issues, like dump on wall in the entrance but that I appreciate it needs time to resolve, the cleaning is inexcusable though.

House a few minutes from the center.

Some utensils were missing from the kitchen, for example, pots and pans. And dish soap.
