•The apartment is located in an apartment building where other people live. The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services. •In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure. •Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted. •Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual. •City tax (€4.00 per person per night - Regional Law 45 of Dec 30, 2014) is not included in the rental cost. Must be paid by cash on arrival. •Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide an ID for registration. •At check-out it is important to leave both sets of keys on the table. In case of forgetfulness you will be charged €50 for the cost of the duplicate and the service fee. •Heating and air conditioning temperatures are set in compliance with municipal regulations. The on/off dates are set by the authorities. •Arrival time and bed setting must be provided at least 3 days before arriving, beds will be prepared just for the people number in the reservation. If no special requirement is sent, the beds will be prepared only for the number of the places indicated in the rental.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Absolutely gem in superb location
The location was perfect amongst the hustle and bustle of the Rialto area. We sat and people watched out the windows for hours!! It was easily reached by foot or ferry. The apartment is extremely roomy and has a very open feel about it, with many windows opening over the Grand Canal. The kitchen was well appointed and it was great to have a washing machine. Heaps of storage space if you are there for a while and want to unpack. Highly recommended!

Weekend in Venice
The apartment was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, the views were awesome. The beds were comfortable. We paid extra for late check in and she was really patient and came out to look for us when we got a little bit lost.
Loved everything. The only slight problem was that we struggled with obe of the keys.

Amazing apartment.
What an apartment. Perfect central location. Huge bedrooms.washing machine. Beautiful living room overlooking the grand canal. 1 flight of stairs. Person who met us at the apartment was great. Kept in touch through Whatsapp. Brand new A/C! A small dock outside to watch the sunset on the canal but still a quiet apartment if you close the windows.
That I couldn't stay longer.

A definite stay when visiting Venice
This apartment was absolutely beautiful. It met all of our expectations. We used our google maps to find the location and it took us right to the apartment. The views were amazing and it was exactly as advertised. It was nice to have two large, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and it was an easy walk to all major attractions. We also really appreciated having two sets of keys. Many times, our group went in two different directions and we didn't worry about meeting back at the apartment.
This is something small but the outlets next to the beds only had one plug and the lamp was plugged into that. We needed to either charge our phones across the room or unplug the light on the nightstand. Like I said, very small and it would not prevent us from booking here again. We also read ahead of time that the front door can sometimes be tricky. This was the case for us as well. It didn't really bother us as it just took a minute or two until the key worked.

Incredible view. Facilities need work for the price.
Incredible view of grand canal. Great location in San Polo. Comfortable beds. Greeter Ernst was very good. Nespresso machine.
Facilities need improvement for the price. Tiny TV. Not enough toilet paper or hot water. No toiletries. Garbage disposal is complicated and difficult with early departure. Didn't try cooking.
