    Tolle FeWo, zentral gelegen

    Schöne FeWo, zentral gelegen. Gut ausgestattet, modernes Bad mit Whirpool-Badewanne. Normale Filterkaffeemaschine vorhanden. Gute Erläuterung wo alles zu finden ist und wie was funktioniert (TV, Parkplätze, Müllentsorgung etc.). Netter Kontakt zum Gastgeber.

    Das Bett hätte breiter sein können.

    Die Lage und Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind super. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist sehr kurz und fußläufig zu bewerkstelligen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war nett, unproblematisch und hilfreich.

    Da es sich um eine Erdgeschoss-Wohnung handelt, ist die Wohnung von der Straße durch jedes Fenster einsehbar. Die Wohnung liegt an einer relativ viel befahrenen Kreuzung. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es eine außerordentliche Hitzeperiode mit anhaltend an die 40°C. Leider gibt es in der Wohnung keine funktionierende Klimatisierung, obwohl die Wohnung sehr lange von der Sonne direkt beschienen wird. Dagegen sollte es nach unserer Meinung eine fest installierte Klimaanlage (wenigstens für das Schlafzimmer) geben.
