    Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung. Wir würden wiederkommen.

    Die Lage war super und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Gute Beschreibung zum Check-in. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und mit zwei Balkonen sehr hell.

    Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders im Bad wäre eine Modernisierung von Vorteil (Mischbatterie in der Dusche!). Die Sauberkeit war leider nur im mittleren Bereich. Es lagen überall noch Haare der Vormieter und besonders das Bad war nicht gut geputzt. Großes Manko: die Wohnung ist wahnsinnig warm, weil es entweder eine Fußbodenheizung gibt, die nicht steuerbar ist, oder aber im Fußboden Rohre verlaufen die die Wohnung massiv aufheizen.

    Die Wohnung ist unglaublich "heimelig". Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt...als würde man "nach Hause kommen". Die Lage ist TOP! Direkt im Zentrum. Über der Straße liegt ein Bäcker. Und auch ein Fischladen. Unter der Wohnung ein Chinarestaurant, das auch mega ist.der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurzläufig.
