    When we are back in that area we will be definitely staying there 10/10

    We had a very warm welcome, showed us to our room and explained everything, brought us up afresh ground coffee on arrival, room was spotless I mean spotless, breakfast was fantastic quality, we would highly recommend this place, well done guys keep up the good work, from sunny Merthyr Tydril.

    Warm and welcoming

    Our host has put a lot of thought into the the decor, inspired by his travels around the far east, which was a visual feast. The rooms were large and spacious, and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, Nick provided a tick sheet the night before, which meant we got exactly what we wanted. Nick and his partner were extremely accommodating and made us feel at home.

    Lovely stay in Ilfracombe

    Really lovely stay. Nick and Andrew were perfect hosts. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

    Lovely guest house - ideal location

    Lovely property- clean, tidy and pretty decor. Hosts could not be more accommodating and the breakfast was excellent. So much choice and lovely food. Good parking facilities and everything appeared to be just a short walk away. Came for a wedding in the area and was everything we needed. We did not explore the area due to time constraints. Hosts also gave restaurant recommendations which were super helpful.

    If we had to give a negative there was something banging in the wind outside our bedroom window however this was only really noticeable on the first night due to weather conditions.

    Decor of property has been tastefully done , a lot of time & dedication put into the uniqueness of this lovely building & rooms . Everything you needed was available to make our stay relaxing
