Grotta accogliente e spaziosa nel centro di Ostuni
L’appartamento si sviluppa su 3 piani, tutti molto spaziosi, con un bagno a ogni piano: uno di servizio al piano terra e due molto grandi nelle camere. All’ultimo piano è presente anche un terrazzino, piccolino ma con vista direttamente sul tramonto. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario e non manca nulla, sia in cucina che nei bagni. Nonostante le particolarità della struttura e alcuni limiti legati alla sua conformazione, gli ambienti sono stati curati e organizzati molto bene. Inoltre all’arrivo ci sono state fatte trovare alcune bottiglie d’acqua e delle merendine.
Il piano terra è abbastanza umido, probabilmente a causa del fatto che la casa è stata ricavata all’interno di una grotta. I proprietari mettono a disposizione un deumidificatore, ma l’umidità rimane comunque abbastanza evidente. È disponibile anche un Wi-Fi portatile, ma il segnale all’interno della struttura è piuttosto debole a causa delle spesse pareti in roccia, quindi non è sempre facile utilizzarlo. L’appartamento si trova inoltre in una zona a traffico limitato, mentre il parcheggio più vicino è a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Questo può essere un po’ scomodo soprattutto con i bagagli.

In the heart of the old town, clean and modern apartment. The host was super responsive and willing to provide as much comfort as requested. The kitchen was well equipped!
The stay was very good. However, it would had been better to understand in advance that the two rooms are connected by stairs with no doors. We booked a big house because we wanted privacy, but that was not the case. The settings are not adequate for elderly or people with disabilities as the rooms are in the 1st and the 2nd floor. Terrace/balcony is only for the the hosts in the 2nd floor.

La posizione era perfetta, non troppo distante dal parcheggio più vicino (Ostuni è praticamente tutta ZTL), e vicino ai locali notturni del centro
