Was not clean, tap in shower was not even exist, only open and close, couldn’t shower properly even we had baby with us, when we asked they said it’s fixed only one level

Ubicación excelente.
La falta de mantenimiento y poca limpieza del apartamento. En el momento de llegar al apartamento, nos quisimos duchar y nos dimos cuenta que el monomando de la ducha estaba roto, ya que no salia agua caliente, por lo consiguiente no nos hemos podido duchar durante toda nuestra estancia, y, esto nos ha creado una incomodidad y un malestar, ya que consideramos que son necesidades basicas de sseo, estando en Roma a tempersturas de 41 grados. Por lo tanto pedimos una compensacion al respecto. Tenemos video demostrativo de ello, Entedemos que es una falta grave de deguimiento y mantenimiento por parte de la propuedad, porque deberian haberse dado cuenta de ello antes de entregarlo para sus cliented.

Could have been a lot better, lots of potential.
Property is in a brilliant location, walking distance to everywhere. Air con was nice and strong, could feel the difference from the heat outside and was nice to come back to after a day out.
Property needs a lot of maintenance. After a hour of walking round in no shoes both my partners and my feet were filthy, flip flops had to be worn whilst inside. The shower had little to no pressure and broke on our second day, we messaged the staff and was advised someone would be round to fix it, no one came and we were left with no hot water and a dripping shower for the remainder of our trip. The bath and toilet were both covered in stains when we arrived. The patio is very outdated with stains all over the parasol and dying plants everywhere. A wood strip was hanging off the bathroom sink, lots of stains on walls, bed frame, red wine stains on the mirror and spare pillows were yellow with no pillow cases on.
