We had a lovely stay. Dierdre, the manager was very friendly and helpful
Spacious and well furnished rooms, spectacular views over the river. Conveniently located for exploring the SW coast.
The set-up is very hi-tech, with some info insufficient or contradictory. (We only discovered the master switches for the under-floor heating on the day we were leaving) It is not really practical to walk into Kilorglin, with a busy road and a section with no pavement.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet position with lovely river views. We enjoyed having plenty of space. Reasonably well equipped kitchen. Previous guests had commented on the cost of power and how quickly they consumed units but we didn't find this a problem.
We felt that we were given too many "rules and regulations" about how to look after a property and how to leave it on departure. They could be phrased less rigidly. Times for arrival and departure are too rigid. Simple instructions for all electrical appliances need to be included.
