    Toller Aufenthalt.

    Ein sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Sehr gut ist ebenfalls die Anbindung zur U-Bahn. Mit der U1 kann man so ziemlich alles erreichen. Mit der Wien-Card waren wir täglich unterwegs und unser Auto gar nicht benutzt.

    Die Baustelle sollte man erwähnen. Hat uns nicht gestört da wir ganztägig unterwegs waren.

    Świetne miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt.

    Mieszkanie obszerne (podróżowałem z psem-brak dodatkowych opłat), garderoba, łazienka i osobno wc. Mieszkanie w wieżowcu na 9 piętrze (budynek 16 piętrowy), dużo lokali wynajmowanych (do 9 piętra), jednak cisza i spokój, portiernia. Winda z garażu na piętro, parking w garażu pod budynkiem (bez dodatkowych opłat). Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki (na wyposażeniu kapsułki, herbata, podstawowe przyprawy, oliwa). W pobliżu (5 minut) stacja początkowa metra, kawiarnia, Termy Wiedeńskie oraz obszerny teren parkowy z licznymi jeziorkami (możliwość wejścia z psem). Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami, sposób przekazania kluczy bardzo szczegółowo opisany w wiadomości pdf.

    W pobliżu trwa budowa kolejnych obiektów mieszkalnych co może być jakimś dyskomfortem.

    Great location, comfortable stay

    Great location near a Metrostation. It was quiet during the night and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view from the big terrace. Totally recommend!
