    Le buffet , le personnel , la piscine, le calme dans les chambres vu sur jardin.

    Trop d’enfants qui courent partout pendant le spectacle, beaucoup de bruit au réfectoire

    Le personnel , que ce soit les personnels de ménage, du restaurant, des bars , très agréables et professionnels

    Si vous n'êtes êtes pas client TUI , on vous impose le paiement d'un supplément pour le restaurant annexe de l'hôtel àors que sur l'application de Grupotel il n y a rien d'indiqué. Mettre une balance non gratuite pour les bagages à la réception est ni plus ni moins scandaleux pour un 4 étoiles. Quant au manque de parasol en état sur la piscine excentrée et l'absence de petite table est préjudiciable. A noter une animation uniquement en anglais et répétitive à l'identique chaque semaine. Le buffet change tous les jours et est globalement de qualité,

    Le visuel de l'hotel - la nourriture -

    Contrairement aux photos sur le site Booking qui le laissaient pensé nous n'avons pas pu prendre nos repas dehors car l'hotel ne le propose pas. Les photos sur booking ont beaucoup influencé notre choix...
