Really lovely hotel for a relaxing break.

The pool area is lovely with views over the beach and sea. Rooms are large and comfortable. We had a balcony at the front and had beautiful views. The area was really nice but not lots of restaurants so we hired a car to go around the island. It was a great base.

The pool bar food wasn’t exceptional, it was fine for a quick lunch. The aircon wasn’t super powerful, we were cool but it wouldn’t go down as low as we’d like.

    Fabulous Location!

An excellent location with absolutely spectacular views a stones throw away from Cala Molins. A lovely, bright and airy hotel with a small pool overlooking the beach. Lovely sized room on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking Cala Molins. Plenty of storage, good sized bathroom with two sinks and great water pressure. A very good choice of pillows (including memory foam pillows). Twice daily top up of water was most appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic with an enormous variety of things to choose from, as was the dinner buffet, and at €40 per person was very reasonable for a change. You could sit either inside our outside on the terrace with a beautiful view of Cala Molins. All the staff were excellent, from the reception staff to housekeeping and everyone in between. Free valet parking was most appreciated as well.

Bathrobes and slippers - one size fits all is not the right approach. There should be a smaller sized pair of slippers and robe for women and a larger size for men. Considering how warm the weather was, the heavy terry towelling robes are too hot and cumbersome. The mattress wasn't comfortable and the two single beds joined together configuration not the best option. Not really a king size bed either. The toaster at breakfast only toasted one side of the bread, so it took forever to get the toast toasted on both sides. When we raised the issue with one of the staff members they got very defensive and simply said that it's always been like that. We were told that we didn't need to book for the evening buffet, yet when we arrived the first night, we were constantly told that we couldn't sit here or there and got seated in the corner. It appears that guests could book the table that they wanted to sit at throughout their entire stay (the same table every night). A totally absurd system that's simply too regimented. Guests should be allowed to sit anywhere, anytime! Thankfully, you couldn't pre-book the tables on the terrace, so we spent the rest of our time there. We've had such wonderful wine by the glass throughout Spain and Mallorca, but the wine by the glass at the restaurant was woeful. What a disappointment. Desserts at the evening buffet left a lot to be desired. You need to improve what's on offer. The pool loungers were very uncomfortable. The one-piece seamless or moulded ergonomic pool loungers completely eliminate the annoying gap that divided the existing pool loungers. Finding options designed as a single continuous surface ensures uncompromised comfort all day long.

    Segr schöner Aufenthalt

Super Frühstück, nettes Personal, schöner Pool

Ambiente auf Barterrasse und im Restaurant. Buffet üppig aber ohne Konzept un deher langweilig. Haben nur einmal dort gegessen.
