I totally recommend to friends who want to enjoy a vacation trip with a budget.

Shopping center inside the same building and has its own convenient store. Opening hours and services of the store was excellent

definitely a nice, budget option for a few nights on Guam. No luxury, but great location

very good location, close to the beach, shopping mall inside the building, good breakfast for a fair price

the rooms are a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. need to refurbished in my opinion. do not expect any luxury
