    Lovely property but hot water situation needs to be improved.

    Paulina the host was excellent and property is beautifully modern in a perfect location.

    Negative was the hot water situation which was not great. The showers took way too long to get warm water through and it didn’t last long. Only one shower could be used at any one time. This needs to be improved given the luxury property status.

    Bonito y cómodo apartamento en Roma Norte. Muy bien situado, limpio y moderno. 2 habitaciones muy amplias y una más pequeña pero igualmente cómoda, con un baño para cada habitación (el de la pequeña no está en suite). Tiene lavadora y secadora. Gran luz natural.

    Our stay was good but if we were to do it again, we would likely stay in a hotel more centrally located to Polanco with

    This is a lovely apartment within walking distance to Roma Norte, Condesa and Polanco. It was well equipped with everything an AirBnB might have and even included coffee, filters and sugar. Beautifully decorated and well thought out.

    We came in the winter and there were only two space heaters. We had to wear jackets and cover with blankets whenever we were in the apartment. The space also required two separate WiFi connections in different parts of the property so staying connected was challenging. Lastly, my Mother left a book behind of sentimental value and when I reached out to the Manager to ask if they could return it to us and we would pay postage, I got no response.

    Okay apartment, not as luxury as it looked in the photos

    I liked the location and the superfriendly doorman. Also the rooms were spacious.

    The apartment only had 2 glasses in total, which is by far not enough. I had to buy my own wine glass. Also, on Fridays and Saturdays there was a lot of noise from some sort of bar next to our bedroom. It woke me up.
