Poor. F&B training
The swimming pool was very clean and nice.
The buffet breakfast was very disappointing. The chee cheong fun was hard and stiff. Some service staff did not button up their sleeves, thus, it touch and soak into my porriage and other food on my table when they were clearing used plates on my table. Poor attire turnout. Another problem is a certain cook on duty at the omelette section, don't even understand what is omelette. I actually have to use sign language.

Overall we had a nice stay. The hotel staff is great! The service is phenomenal. We had shuttles to Canton Fair as well. The food was good too. Rooms are nice with some exceptions.
We had 2 problems, overall: 1. The shower and bathroom had some mold. Although, the staff came to disinfect the room. But not ideal. 2. The beds were too stiff.
