Excellent until I was accused of stealing a towel. They haven't even contacted me to let me know if
Breakfast ok
I was accused of stealing a towel from the hotel. I said no I didn't steal a towel. I said it 3 times. He did not believe me and made me open all my luggage at the jetty infront of lots of people to check.. most embarrassing thing ever. He found nothing and just walked off. Everything was great until then. NOT HAPPY

Beautiful relaxing small hotel with PERFECT staff
Everything is perfect. Every single member of staff is absolutely incredible: super helpful, proactive, willing to help, and all with the biggest smile. Special shout out to Git who was the absolute best with my needs. But as I saidD everyone in the staff was AMAZING. It’s perfectly localed in the middle of the island, less than 10 min walking to the sea side and around 20min walk to the west side where sunset point is. Nice relaxing pool with sun beds. Very relaxing during the day.
This is not the fault of the hotel and this is not exclusive to this hotel: The bad thing about Trawangan is that is INCREDIBLY tourist-y, so at night there is always very loud music at the sea side of the island so no matter where you stay in the island you will likely hear music at night, this is not something that only happens in this hotel but I believe in every other hotel. That’s why I rate a 10 Because the loud music in the entire island is not their fault. The hotel even provides ear plugs for free if need them! They’re incredible 😍

Tolle Unterkunft und absolut empfehlenswert
Extrem freundliches Personal, eine tolle kleine gepflegte Anlage und eine gute Lage. Leckeres Frühstück und tolle Zimmer.
Die Betten waren etwas kleiner und ungemütlich.
