    Great location

    Anna was very responsive and dealt with issues (sockets not working, couldn't plug in fridge, no hot water) within 24 hours. Communication with her via WhatsApp worked well. Location was great--less than 5 minutes to train station (walk alongside the passage parallel to the tracks). Food shops less than 5 minutes away. Herculaneum 10-15 walk down the hill. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen facilities adequate although a few more utensils such as a spatula would be useful.

    The power went out several times. No internet to the building (Anna said she reminded the company but it was not fixed during our 4 day stay).

    Very good.

    It had modern and good facilities. It was a great location and so close to the Circumvesuviana. Anna was very nice and communicated very well. After a nightmare few days at awful accommodation in Rome, this place was very refreshing!

    Our only concern was the shower went cold relatively quickly, but that didn't take away from the trip.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Guest Amatur and would return there.

    Great location for transport and for being in the heart of a thriving community. Cosy, clean apartment and well presented.

    Only two towels provided. Could have done with a couple of hand towels too. Could also have done with instructions on how to use the air conditioner.
