    בית מצוין אבל יש כמה דברים לקחת בחשבון

    בית בן 2.5 קומות נהדר. מתוחזק, משופץ, מאובזר בכל מה שצריך. יש חצר קטנה וחמודה עם אוויר נעים כל היום. הרחוב שקט, נעים ובטוח. בונוס 1 - בעלי הדירה ישראלים. לא ידעתי את זה טרם ההשכרה ולא כיוונתי לזה, אבל בימים כאלה נחמד לדעת שאתה מגיע למקום ידידותי בונוס 2 לרצים - תעלת ריג'נט במרחק של 2 ד ריצה ומשם יש קמ ארוכים של מסלולי ריצה בונוס 3 סופר קרוב מאוד , כמובן גם פאב ובית קפה

    המיקום קצת מרוחק מידי. שכונת איסלינגטון עצמה קצת מרוחקת, אבל בתוך השכונה המיקום של הדירה קצת מרוחק. כ 20 ד הליכה לטיוב הקרוב. יש אוטובוסים קרובים יותר וזה סהכ נוח אבל בימים חמים סיוט לסוע באוטובוס. הטיוב לא הרבה יותר טוב, אבל הוא הרבה יותר מהיר. מצאנו את עצמנו נוסעים חצי שעה באוטובוס ללא מזגן ובכלל כמעט כל יציאה מהבית דורשת כ 30-60 ד נסיעה. זה לא חריג בלונדון, אבל זה עושה הבדל כאשר אתה יותר קרוב למרכז ולתחנת רכבת. וזה מוביל לנקודה הבאה - מזגנים. הבית היה נהדר למעט זה שהוא לא ממוזג, כמו מרבית הדירות באנגליה. היה חם לשהות שם וחם לישון. עוד שתי נקודות לסיום: 1. מיטת הספה אמורה להיות זוגית. היא זוגית קטנה יחסית - לקחת בחשבון כשרוצים לשכן שם בני נוער. 2. השירותים והמקלחת בקומה העליונה ומי שישן למטה צריך כל הזמן לעלות במדרגות. כל מה שכתבתי אינו נוגע כמעט לבית עצמו אלא לתנאים שמסביב שצריך לקחת בחשבון.
