Not a happy experience.
It was clean.
I was moved to a different property without being consulted. NOT PLEASED at all…. as I booked for the location. I did NOT stay 2 minutes from DA BEACH…. I was placed 8 to 10 minutes from the beach driving. I feel it was extremely unprofessional / inappropriate to allow a booking for a *specific location* then send me arrival instructions to a different location without contacting me, or informing me. This property has you pay weeks in advance and has a NO CANCELLATION refund policy. So they really had me boxed in. I requested that I be refunded…. I was informed that they would give me an extra night at no charge but no refund. BE AWARE.
