    Humble, clean, good location

    We didn't have breakfast included nor anything, just the accommodation but it was great. Two beds - one queen, one sofa bed (but comfortable). The apartment is very humble and pretty basic but very clean, maintained literally daily and the personnel is extremely polite! Very close to the North Beach, literally meters away. Quiet Primorsko area, away from the crowds while being close to city center (10 min walk).

    There were two nights with extremely loud and drunk neighbors which were literally out of control and disturbing all! On the following day, we did complain to the management of the hotel and I am impressed how adequately they reacted, problem was immediately solved with some letters on the doors of the perpetrators.

    We’d visit again but hope there would be some improvements.

    The location was good, quiet but also close to shops. The bed was comfortable, it was clean, we had the bed sheets and towels changed, communication with our host was good - very responsive, kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Storage space was good and there was space for our suitcases too.

    Some small details missed from the cleaning (there was a spider web in the kitchen), I had the swap the utensils cupboard with the one below as it seemed to had been flooded with water and smelled badly. I was provided with a portable hairdryer but there should be a better one available. Guests should be prohibited from using the swimming pool after hours, in the morning we were woken up by people in the pool, in the evening there were people using it at 12pm while we were trying to sleep. There was literally no space to park during our entire 10 day stay - we had to drive through off-road to a nearby construction site. In the bedroom there was only one bedside cupboard, no mirror in the bedroom. Furniture needs to be upgraded.
