    Will definitely stay again

    Property is clean, spacious, and within walking distance of all the Kyoto highlights. Shopping, the famous walk down old streets, the river, the shrines and temples and food places everywhere.

    A thoroughly enjoyable experience in Kyoto

    We had the pleasure of meeting Daikoku who was a great host - very friendly and helpful and always responding to communications promptly. The apartment was clean, roomy, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. Location was very good - just a few minutes walk to Shinjuku Market and within 15-20 minutes to Pontecho and Ginza. The nearest subway on the Tozai Line (green) is a comfortable 10 minute walk and only 2 stops from Kyoto Station. There are several eateries, restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes walking distance. If I had more time, I would have played the piano in the room.

    We had a minor problem with the clothes dryer. You only had to press one switch on the control panel to activate it. Unfortunately, it was blowing cold air. We ended up drying our clothes on the rack (which is provided) which took 2-3 days to dry in the humidity.
