    Konum yürüme yönünden cok merkezi araba olarak dar sokaklar . Ancak araba zaten cok gerek yok ilk gün park edip son gün çikarsiniz. Fiyat performans Borcomi için iyi. İşletme sahibi çok güler yüzlü.

    Zemin katdaki dairelerde çok boğuk ancak 1. Katta olursaniz manzara iyi. Ancak bizimki zemin katti.
