    Clean room and bathroom. Quite and well workinng air condition. Big shared space downstair with a kiitchen (all equipment) washing machine and dryer, coffe machine, place outside to sit. Located on a small but quiet street just 8 minutes walk to the beach and bus stops to Batumi. Very kind and helpful hosts.

    Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Номера чистые. До моря близко и пологий спуск. Есть стралка, сушильная машина, кофемашина. Есть зонты для пляжа.

    Понравилось абсолютно всё. От вежливой хозяйки до чистоты в номере. В номере есть все необходимое. На общей кухне есть чайник, плита, кофемашина. Также есть стиральная и сушильная машины, что немаловажно, когда путешествуешь с детьми. Все очень понравилось. Рядом пляж, магазины и кафе. Если буду в Батуми, то остановлюсь только здесь.
