The location was good. The hostess provided good information about check in and the tips of the neighborhood. After our stay we had some tips for improvement and the hostess reacted quick and adequate. And we felt welcome because of the extras provided in the room, like coffee and a bottle of wine.

The boiler did not have enough hot water for two normal showers right after each other. The rooms were noisy. The rooms has shutters but we still missed the curtains. The photos on booking.com did not match the reality of the room.
